This is the easiest way to get to the Fairgrounds in Timonium.
From Baltimore and points south, go north on I-83.
Or
From Pennsylvania and points north of Timonium and Cockeysville, go south on I-83
Then
Take Exit 17, Padonia Road, east to York Road, turn right, south on York Road to the Fairgrounds entrance on the right.
Free parking on a spacious lot. The Exhibition Hall is just to the right of the race track.
Light rail is also available. The stop is at the gate near the Cow Palace. Just walk past the Cow Palace towards the race track.
